Accessibility Statement
We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability, browsing technology and including those who have visual, hearing, motor and cognitive impairments. The site aims to achieve overall compliance with the Web Accessibility Initiative’s (WAI) guidelines.
Web Accessibility Initiative
This website endeavours to conform to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0. The Accessibility Guidelines explain how to make Web content accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance to these Guidelines helps to make the Web more accessible to users with disabilities and benefits all users. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the whole site conforms you may occasionally find a page which does not. If you have any problem accessing any information on the site, please contact us info@acosta.co.uk and we will endeavour to provide the information in an appropriate format.
Web development standards
This website is built using code compliant with World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards for XHTML and Cascading Style Sheets. W3C is the governing authority on web development standards and practices. The site was tested with the current versions of most popular browsers at time of launch. As we use the XHTML standard, any future browsers should also display this website correctly. Older browsers should still display the page information in a readable way, but may not show all design layout.
Links
Clicking on certain links may open a pop-up window. If you do not have JavaScript enabled, these links will open in the same window, but the page layout may look different to the rest of the site (for example, the navigation menu may disappear). You will be able to return to the main site using your browser’s ‘back’ button. Visual Design This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout. If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page is still readable.
