07OCT Winning big at the FMBE Awards
We were delighted to go to the FMBE Awards at the end of September to celebrate the field marketing industry and the innovation and success that has been happening across the field over the past 12 months. The Awards are a celebration of all things good across field marketing and brand experience and across our Group we had been honoured with an incredible 11 award shortlists – the second highest of any company.
The categories all had strong competition and with a large number of entrants this year, the judging panel commented on the high standard across the awards. With that in mind, we were ecstatic to win 6 awards across the evening, including a Gold for our work with Heathrow Airport and a Bronze for Reach in the Agency of the Year category.
Congratulations to all the winners on the night, as a company that has evolved across 45 years, it is inspiring to see the good that is happening across the wider industry and this drives us to continually enhance our capabilities.

Heathrow Airport has a huge focus on providing the highest levels of customer care and our team rose to the challenge over the past 12 months. The diversity, multi-lingual nature of the team stood out as they achieved another year of record results for the airport.
Brand Ambassador of the Year (Field Sales)
Silver – Barry Cross, Reach for Britvic
Key to our philosophy is giving all of our team the opportunity to stand out and add value based on their knowledge and experience. Barry came up with an innovative approach to helping Britvic maximise their results through harnessing the positive impacts of the sugar tax – first bringing it into his day-to-day work before being given the opportunity to pitch it to the client, where it has now been adopted as standard! Great work from Barry, seeing him pick up a Silver in this category.
Team of the Year – FMCG
Silver – ShopSmart for Kraft Heinz
The Shopsmart and Kraft Heinz relationship has been built on innovation and delivery, seeing huge increases in ROI over the past 3 years. A number of the unique elements and approaches to problem solving, camaraderie and integrated partnership led to a well-deserved Silver for the team.
Consumer Campaign of the Year
Silver – Reach for Heathrow Airport
A second award of the night for Heathrow, again highlighting how the team go above and beyond to ensure that passengers have the best experience they can whilst at the airport.
FM Agency of the Year
Bronze – Reach
A great achievement for the team overall, Bronze in the coveted Agency of the Year is a testament to the dedication and focus of the teams on delivery for some of the most prestigious global brands.

Bronze – Flexforce, Target Enhance (for Tactical Clients)
